Nice little coffee shop with relaxing music. Plenty of comfy seating to pick from. Also a fire place going in a center wall. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very kind staff here. Great place to hang out and work or just relax and read a book. Lots of very comfy seating options. The decor is warm and welcoming. There is a beautiful upstairs patio with ocean and sunset views. Lots of free parking too!

This is one of the few places I've found in the US that makes a flat white, and it was delicious! I also got the broccoli cheddar quiche, which was so tasty. This cafe is located in a church, so there was summer camp traffic, and know there is Christian imagery and books for sale, which was expected. Cute little cafe, great service, kind people. 5 stars!

I was a bit skeptical about the high marks on this one since there are no photos of drinks (without lids) or food, but I took a chance based on the promise of cozy furniture. The people are super nice here from the staff to the other guests. The latte was solid and the gluten free strawberry muffin was excellent, which I was surprised about since I don’t eat gluten free food often. I forgot to take a picture though hahaha sorry! This was a comfortable place to work. I’d come back. Yes, the comment about people talking about religious stuff near you is true but they weren’t too loud or anything nor is that unexpected given this coffee shop is at a church. I didn’t even notice when I focused on what I was doing.

Only go here right before Sunday Service and absolutely love it. One of the main reasons I go to Calvary Church. The coffee is great and good atmosphere too. Idk how it is during the week but it's amazing on Sundays.

We love North Coast Calvary Chapel. Good coffee and great people. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and have never been. The campus is beautiful and welcoming.

This morning my wife and I enjoyed another coffee date at The Story Caffe. The warm ambience of this cafe made for a relaxing moment. Story Caffe was appropriately decorated for the holidays. I appreciated sipping a cup of bold house coffee. A few well behaved toddlers were making crumbs while eating a muffin, which added a sense of peace. The Caffe is open to the Christian faith, which was restful. This seems to be a cozy place to study and reflect, especially while listening to soft jazz music playing in the background. They even sell books by various authors to promote contemplation. It will take a moment to drive to the Caffe, so you may want to schedule time for your visit. Finally, the Caffe is closed on Friday and Saturday.

My favorite cafe in Carlsbad!😌☕️🫶🏼 I usually vibe with the oatmilk latte, no flav or their pea protein matcha but I ask for no sweetener cuz I like the earthy taste (it’s umami matcha so already has a good flavor) but you can select from agave or honey or monk fruit I think or syrup or whatever they got🤪 Also the round croissant is niceee but I need to try their flat white cuz I hear good things! But def sub for oatmilk! It’s alil more, like 75c or something but it pairs soooo much better trust me!😘
